The customer is responsible for any delivery charges. The price varies greatly depending on which course you choose. Before processing payment, this will be appended to your invoice.
We take our deliveries seriously and strive to accomplish them quickly, with deliveries in South Africa taking between 5-7 working days to arrive at your door, and shipments outside of South Africa requiring between 21 and 30 working days. Please keep in mind that, due to COVID-19 and the massive influx of online orders around the world, delivery partners are under a lot of pressure right now, and deliveries may take a little longer than the stated delivery time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we appreciate your patience if your delivery is delayed.
It’s quite simple to keep track of your kits. You will receive an order confirmation email from us with your tracking number after your item has been placed. This tracking number can be pasted into the tracking portal to see how far your kit has traveled. Massage courses in the yachting sector are incredibly beneficial because they add another talent to your résumé or curriculum vitae. Only the microneedling and dermaplaning facials require a skincare certificate to complete the course.
Yes, SAAHSP has accredited all of our courses. After you have successfully completed your course(s), you will receive your certificate by e-mail.

Our online training is equally as good as, if not better than, in-person training. You can take recognized beauty courses online at your own speed, using most mobile devices, at any time and from anywhere. Online learning is perfect for students who do not live near campus, are on a yacht, or are staying at a resort.
If you study for a longer period of time, you can study at your own speed and take time to reflect on and revisit any topics that interest you.

Your kit(s) will be sent to you within 5-7 business days (depending on your location), and you will receive your login information so that you may access your course via computer or mobile app.
While you wait for the kits to arrive, you can finish your theory. Your kit will only be utilized to complete the practical portion of your course.
There are no specific registration dates for online studying you may apply when you wish to register.
There will be scheduled training days for in-class studying.

At Voyage International Beauty, we endeavor to provide the highest quality training and customer service possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you aren’t, you can return it to us and we’ll either replace it or refund your account, subject to the conditions listed below.
Have you changed your mind? (Product Unwanted):
To be eligible for a refund, you must tell our customer service staff within 30 days of your purchase by sending an email to info@voyagebeautyinternational.com with your name and waybill number, as well as the reason for the return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise to us for inspection. The item must be undamaged, unused, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. It also needs to be in its original box, with all seals intact. We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
We make every effort to guarantee that our kits leave our warehouse in pristine shape, and we will gladly replace any products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or that are deemed to have caused a sensitive or allergic reaction, subject to the following conditions:
– If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please take photos and email them to Info@voyageinternationalbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery, along with a detailed explanation of the claimed issue, your proof of purchase, and your waybill number.
If our Support Team determines that the product was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement product at no cost to you and arrange for the return.
– In cases of alleged sensitivity or allergic reaction, please send a detailed explanation and photos of the sensitivity to Info@voyageinternationalbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your product, with your order number referenced and proof of purchase attached, so that our Support Team can investigate and process a return/refund.
– If an erroneous product has been sent to you, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can conduct a thorough investigation with our courier partners to guarantee that the correct product is delivered to you quickly and that the incorrect item is picked up.

Training course cancellation
Training courses held in-house at your premises will be invoiced prior to the course being held and must be paid for prior to the date of the training.
When training kits is provided no refunds if there is damaged goods as soon as the kit is opened exchange of the product will be given in the next 7 days.
If the client cancels the course, our policy states that any work conducted prior to the course in regard to course content will be billed in full. Greater than 4 weeks’ notice – full refund. 2-4 weeks’ notice: 50% refund. Under 2 weeks: No refund.
Voyage International Beauty reserves the right to cancel any course. Our liability is limited to the course fee. Bank transfers require a proof of payment with your unique booking reference included PRIOR to the commencement of your courses.
The student has 1 year to complete the courses.
In the event of a course requiring rescheduling due to instructor illness or unavailability, the cost of the course will be refunded in full, or alternatively rescheduled at a mutually acceptable date.
In case students need to reschedule A few R500 rand will be charged per day.
